WVBF initiatives

Different programs. One connected ecosystem.

WVBF initiatives move people from first exposure to deeper skills, stronger networks, and real participation in emerging technology.

Program architecture

Each initiative has a specific job.

Clear identities help students, campuses, sponsors, and partners choose the right point of entry.

01 / THE DISTINCTION

MISSION:BUIDL is not BBSN.

The initiatives can collaborate, but they are not interchangeable.

InitiativePrimary purposePrimary audience
MISSION:BUIDL

Build a broad student-to-builder pipeline through hands-on experience, industry access, and founder development.

Students and early founders across disciplines, institutions, and backgrounds.

BBSN

Expand access and leadership through Black student organizations and student-led campus networks.

Black students, Black student organizations, allies, and campus leaders focused on access.

Attack Lab

Teach security, risk, incident response, and systems thinking through an applied simulation.

Cybersecurity, computer science, finance, risk, policy, and professional teams.

One organization, separate lanes.

WVBF supports all three. MISSION:BUIDL is the flagship builder initiative. BBSN is an access and student-leadership network. Blockchain Attack Lab is a deliverable education program that can operate inside campus, workforce, or professional engagements.

Platform work

Programs sit inside a larger mission.

WVBF also provides education, training, policy education, and ecosystem-building services that connect these initiatives to institutions and communities.
